Don't be "penny wise and dollar foolish" rent a park pavilion that will cover your guests and your buffet in inclement weather. For the safety and comfort of your guests find a park pavilion with a bathroom on or very near the pavilion. Make sure park pavilion has electricity and running water.

Make sure park pavilion does not have tables bolted down and that there is enough seating for your guests. If you need to rent additional tables and chairs or tent be prepared to pay for same day "up and down" fee from rental company.
