Picnics are a very competitive industry. There are some unscrupulous sales people who will deceive you to make a sale. If you require a tasting it is better to have it at the caterer than at your facility. At the catering facility you can see the preparation and the kitchen, at your facility the food could be picked up from anywhere and brought to you as the product you're going to get at your picnic. As a picnic committee you are not doing your homework as well if you require the tasting be brought to you.
We are sorry but we have to charge for tastings $100.00 and we have to limit tasting to parties over 150 guests. The good news is that if you purchase the food from us we will refund the amount that we charge for the tasting. Please limit your tasting committee to 4 people (please only bring decision makers people that "live to eat rather than people who just eat to live).
Our tastings are full three course lunches and the presentation will take about 60 - 90 minutes.
